Outer Harbor Coaching is David Bolz’s career coaching practice in Buffalo, NY. This page explains what the website collects and what happens to it.

What we collect

• The interest form: your name, email, the program you pick, and what you write about where you are. David uses it to reply to you.
• The newsletter signup: your email address, so we can send Career Currents.
• Booking a call: Cal.com handles the booking and collects your name, email, and the time you pick, under its own privacy policy.
• Site visits: Vercel Analytics counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.
• Spam protection: your IP address is checked briefly when you send a form so bots can’t flood it. It isn’t kept with your message.

Where it goes

Form entries are stored in a secure database (Supabase) and emailed to David through Resend. The newsletter list is kept in a private Google Sheet and sent through Resend, which records whether each email was opened or a link was clicked, so we know what’s useful. The site is hosted on Vercel.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell or share your information, we don’t run ads, and the site sets no tracking cookies. What you tell David stays between you.

Your choices

Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link. To see, change, or delete anything you’ve sent us, email david@outerharborcoach.com and it’s handled within a few days.

Changes
