What I solve for you.

An illustrated job seeker at a desk, holding up one of many applications, hand to her forehead

Constant chaos applying for jobs you may not even want, and hearing no from the ones who didn’t understand your story.

One week later

Subject: Your interview for the Marketing Coordinator role

Hi Jordan,

Thank you for taking the time to interview with our team last week. We enjoyed learning more about your background.

After careful consideration, we’ve decided to move forward with another candidate whose experience more closely aligns with the needs of the role.

We’ll keep your resume on file and encourage you to apply for future openings.

We wish you the best in your search.

Best regards,
Talent Acquisition Team

Why the interview goes well and the message still says “we’ve decided to go with another candidate.”

An illustrated job seeker sitting across an empty desk from an empty chair and a stack of resumes

Not knowing what to fix, so you keep sending the same resume and hoping.

It’s not you. There are rules to getting hired that nobody taught you. This program teaches them, then walks you through the search until the offer letter.

What you get

Everything the search actually takes, done with you.

  • 3 to 4 months
  • One session a week
  • A text away between sessions
01

Your story, then your resume

Point by point until it sounds like you, not the career center’s template.

02

A LinkedIn that gets found

Recruiters search before they read. The profile is built so the right ones find you.

03

Networking without the cringe

Scripts for the messages you don’t know how to send, and a plan for who gets them.

04

Prep for the interviews you have

Not question banks. That company, that role, that room, before you walk in.

05

The offer itself

Read it, compare it, negotiate it. Salary, bonus, time off, the hours, the work-from-home policy.

06

A plan with milestones

From first application to signed offer, so you always know the next step.

The questions
people ask about this program.

01

How is this different from my career center?

The career center has a template for everybody, so everybody walks out looking the same. Here, we go point by point until your resume sounds like you.

And it doesn’t stop at the resume. The coaching keeps going, and we prepare for your interviews in the right industry, at the right company.

02

My parents are paying. Is that normal?

Yes. Most parents who reach out say the same thing: I just want someone in their corner who knows the game. The program is giftable, and the work stays between me and the student.

03

How long does it take?

Four months, one session a week of about an hour, and I’m a text away between them. When you land, the payments stop, though I recommend staying on through your first months in the new job, since you’re early in your career and those months set the tone.

04

Can I pay for this as a gift for my son or daughter?

Yes. Someone just starting out usually can’t pay for this on their own, so parents often give it as a gift. We meet every week, there are deadlines between sessions, and the work stays between me and them.

05

I’m not good at networking and don’t know what to say. Where do I start?

With the messages you don’t know how to send. We write them together, decide who you’ll reach out to, and set a weekly plan for informational conversations.

06

I’m not sure what to say to a recruiter. Can David check it before I send it?

Yes. Send me the email to the recruiter, the LinkedIn message, or the reply to the offer before it goes out. If you don’t know what to say, we write it together.

07

Am I guaranteed a job?

What I guarantee is certainty in yourself: a resume and LinkedIn rebuilt from the hiring side, a plan with milestones, and prep for the interviews you have.
